Notes for Secretaries
FIXTURES
When playing at home confirm match details with opponents, Referee and if applicable Assistant Referees. To comply with League rules this has to be done by the
Wednesday
prior to the match. It is advisable to do this on Sunday/Monday.
On Sunday (home or away) give the
PINK
copy of the Team Sheet to the Referee 10 minutes before kick-off along with ˝ of Referees Fee. In the event of Assistant Referees being allocated each team to pay one Assistant. At this point the home club should provide the referee with 2 suitable match balls. Each club should provide their opponents with the
BLUE
copy of their Team Sheet before the game. Clubs must include any substitute players on the Team Sheet given to the Referee. In the event of any game being postponed due to the fault of neither club (weather),
the Referee/Assistant Referees would be entitled to ˝ of their fee.
ALL
clubs should Text, Email or Telephone the result of the match
(including postponements)
to the Results Co-ordinator between 1-00p.m. & 3-00p.m. on the day of the game. This includes County
Cup
matches.
The
WHITE
copy of the Team Sheet must be sent to the
Fixture Secretary
at his
HOME ADDRESS
within two days of the match by
1st Class Post
. To be included on this copy should be the Players Registration Numbers, Referee’s Mark out of 100, the match score and be signed by an Official of the club.
The Fixture Secretary can schedule matches up to the WEDNESDAY prior to the Sunday. Therefore do not stand your players down if no game is scheduled on receipt of original list.
REGISTRATIONS
A SAE envelope must be included when sending or ordering Registration Forms and Transfers.

The completed registration counterfoil must be received back from Registration Secretary before the player is eligible to play.
1st March last date for registering players for LEAGUE GAMES
31st January last date for registering players for ALL
CUP COMPETITIONS.
CORRESPONDENCE
All Registrations & Transfers must be sent to Registration Secretary.
League Fees & Subscriptions plus Fines to be sent to Treasurer.
Team Sheets to Fixture Secretary.
All other correspondence must be sent to General Secretary.
FINES
All fines must be paid within
14
days of notification; failure will result in the fine being
DOUBLED.
Pre-season Secretaries Meeting date to be announced.
If your Club Secretary is going away or has changed please let both the League and your County
